Session payments are expected at or before the time of service.

Real Life Counseling does not directly bill insurance. However, some clients will submit their Real Life receipt of services to their insurance provider.  Some clients may be able to receive full or partial reimbursement from their insurance company based on your provider and your plan.  

 

Real Life Counseling uses Square as a secure third party for online prepayment.  Click the 'submit a payment' button above to pay online. Credit and Debit card payment at the time of service is available.  Clients also can pay using cash or by check made out to Real Life Counseling.  

 

RLC provides a sliding scale for clients who qualify.  See the sliding scale listed under the forms section above.

 

If a client misses an appointment without 24 hours prior notice, he/she will always remain financially accountable for the entire fee of the session.
