Session payments are expected at or before the time of service.

Real Life Counseling is contracted with some insurance providers. Some clients will submit their Real Life receipt of services to their insurance provider and may be able to receive full or partial reimbursement from their insurance company based on provider and plan.  If you have questions about your insurance coverage for counseling sessions, contact us for more information.

 

Real Life Counseling uses Square as a secure third party for online pre-payment.  Click the 'pay online' button above to pay online. Credit and Debit card payment at the time of service is available.  Clients also can pay using cash or by check made out to Real Life Counseling.  

 

RLC provides a sliding scale for clients who qualify.  See the sliding scale listed under the forms section above.

 

If a client misses an appointment without 24 hours prior notice, they will always remain financially accountable for the entire fee of the session.
